A couple of weeks before Christmas, we awoke to the realization that our basement had flooded during the night, saturating two rooms of carpet and wicking up the wall board for about 2 1/2 feet. We're very pleased with SERVPRO's work.
We worked with Corbin and his team. They were absolute professionals, answered all of our questions, were easy to reach, and worked with our schedules. Anything that wasn't quite right, they came back and took care of. The office staff was also very courteous and professional when we called into the main scheduling office. We highly recommend them and would use them again if we ever had another restoration need.
