Here's the deal. When it comes down to it, its the service you never want to use. Kinda like insurance. But, I am soooo glad that I did. They were courteous, prompt, professional (and they were training a new employee at the same time!), and they did what they said they were going to do!
The other thing is, they were honest and upfront about options. They were not trying to "upsale" or tell us something that we didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team showed up at our office within one hour, analyzed the situation, gave us a bid, and were through with the job within 2 hours. They left fans going to continue to dry the carpets, and then checked back the next day on the progress. They also hauled out damaged ceiling tiles and insulation. Would definitely recommend SERVPRO to anyone faced with a water damage issue."
