SERVPRO has been very helpful with my water damage issues. They arrived promptly, were courteous and professional and also explained everything throughout the process. Felton Price and Noah have been great with daily follow ups to ensure progress is being made.

Trusting someone with my home is hard for me. I have never felt comfortable with someone touching my belongings, although, I needed someone to pack up my entire house due to a pipe leak that caused terrible flooding. I googled and decided to give SERVPRO a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and polite the crew was. They assured me they would take care of everything and make sure everything is clean before packing it away. I have since received all my things back, and they are all in perfect condition! Shawn at SERVPRO is a lifesaver in a horrible time of my life after apartment flooded. He arrived on time, took accurate pictures and made claim process easy with state farm. State farm even stated how much they liked his work. thank you.

I had major water leaks inside my home due to faulty flat roof parts of my home, with heavy rain forecast for that night. Called SERVPRO, talked to dispatcher Christine and she immediately helped get someone out that evening, even though it was after 5pm to cover the entire roof area with tarps to help mitigate damage. The next day, SERVPRO rep Joe Harrington came to a walk-through of inside of house and get me set up for water damage mitigation. Joe has been very helpful every step of the way. He and his crew came on Wednesday afternoon to start with the process, and had most of the demolition done on first day, and set up the dehumidifiers and air movers, covered everything and cleaned up. There was small amount of demolition in a couple other rooms to be done the second day, but he explained everything in detail every step of the way. Someone comes and checks each day to make sure everything still working properly. Today is the third day, and due to their great work most of the rooms have already been able to have the machines moved out. I would definitely recommend this company if you have suffered any water or fire damage (and fire damage probably includes water damage after fire dept does their job) to your home, and Joe in particular, to anyone needing water or fire mitigation done, as they did fantastic job considering the amount of damage in several rooms and will allow me to get repairs done sooner than expected.
