After 2 months of renovation, my carpet was in sad shape – water, dirt, sawdust and God only knows what else made my carpet several shades darker than the original color. Emily answered all of my questions about the day-of process and even managed to get my cleaning scheduled before the Thanksgiving holiday and my guests’ scheduled arrival time! The SERVPRO team was on-time, courteous, and professional. Engel explained what cleaning options were available and cleaned the carpet and upholstery work in the time he quoted. The carpet looks almost brand new! I am so impressed by how painless and pleasant this experience was that I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!
