Myron Jefferson is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of The Hill Country. With several years of experience and IICRC certifications in Water Removal and Applied Structural Drying, no emergency is too big or too small for Myron to effectively manage. Myron is from the Hill Country, and understands the unique needs and concerns of our clients. Helping our customers quickly and efficiently get their homes and businesses back to normal is his number one priority.
Abigail Gardner
Abigail Gardner heads the Marketing Department at SERVPRO of The Hill Country. With many years of sales and marketing experience, combined with IICRC certification in Water Removal, Abigail is uniquely qualified to educate our clients about the benefits of partnering with SERVPRO of The Hill Country for residential and commercial water, sewage, fire, smoke and trauma emergencies.
Robert Jule
Robert Jule is the Lead Estimator at SERVPRO of The Hill Country. IICRC certified in Water Removal and Applied Structural Drying, Robert is also our Xactimate expert and mold scoping pro. His years of experience and extensive knowledge of the mitigation and restoration industry give our clients the information they need to get their homes and businesses restored after an emergency.
Jerry Arispe
Jerry Arispe is the Senior Crew Chief at SERVPRO of The Hill Country. Jerry is an IICRC certified Water Removal Technician and has over four years experience in water, sewage, fire, smoke and trauma mitigation and restoration at SERVPRO of The Hill Country. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, Jerry leads our production staff in expertly handling emergency situations.

After 2 months of renovation, my carpet was in sad shape – water, dirt, sawdust and God only knows what else made my carpet several shades darker than the original color.
