Carlos and his team were amazing, polite and helpful! I asked a million questions and they answered everything. Than came along Lance to cut off sheet rock insulation and all the fun things that go the great and answer all my questions as well no mess left behind !!! You have a great happy staff members! I have been telling everyone about your company! I had no idea this was a thing!
unfortunately, there were two leaks in the waterlines at my house , and as a result my garage, living room and one bathroom were flooded. SERVPRO did an excellent job in cleaning up and especially drying my carpet which was extremely soaked. They also measured the water damage inside the walls, removed the floor boards and put up 13 fans and blowers to dry everything. I was extremely satisfied with their service.
Carlos was EXCELLENT! Carlos was very professional, very good about wearing a mask in our home. Carlos was very clean in his work and removal of flooring. Carlos went out of his way providing customer service and peace of mind during this stressful situation. HIGHLY recommended!
