Our tech Andrew arrived on time for our appointment to disinfect the apartment and to steam clean an area rug and recliner. There was an issue with the equipment on the truck, however Andrew kept at it and got everything going. Another technician arrived to assist in the project (Garrett), and between the two of them they finished in no time at all. The recliner and rug both look brand new and the apartment smelled clean the next time we visited. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and these two gentlemen did an outstanding job. They did not charge me for looking at my issue. I will call them again.
Call SERVPRO of Plano they were very honest they came out looked at what I thought was mold but was just a small section of mildew on my baseboards. Very knowledgeable crew.
