Broderick Harris is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison.
Terry Harris
Terry Harris is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and has been with us since 2005. He assists our fire crew with pack-outs and cleaning services. Terry enjoys fishing and camping with his free time.
Maricela Aguilar
Maricela Aguilar is a Cleaning Technician at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and she has been with us since 2006 assisting on pack-outs and on location cleanings. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters in her free time.
Andrew Romero
Andrew is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and has been with our franchise since 2016 but has worked with the SERVPRO system since 2013. Andrew has certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In his free time Andrew enjoys coaching his son's Little League baseball team.
Jimmy Ramirez
Jimmy has been a Production Crew Chief for our franchise since 2017 and holds certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jimmy has worked in the industry since 2014.
Zachary Beres
Zachary is a very hard worker. He has been with SERVPRO for a year now and is very dependable and a quick learner.
Zachary is ECTP and is cross trained in our Fire and Water damage areas of expertise. In Zach's free time he enjoys sports and video games. Zachary has 2 nieces and one on the way.
Zachary has said that his favorite part of this job is seeing the joy on people's faces when we're done with cleaning/restoring their homes.
Pam Robinson
Pam has worked for SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison as our office manager since 2011, but has been in the restoration industry since 2002. Pam uses her expertise with fire and water restoration to lead our office and employees with training and education.
Kellie Green
Kellie is a valuable part of our SERVPRO office team! She is great at communication and a wonderful judge of character and integrity.
In Kellie's free time she enjoys baking, reading, fitness and playing games. Kellie has one dog who's name is Koda and is considered to be her child.
Kellie says she really enjoys helping people when they have experienced a tragic event.
Lisa Parker
Lisa Parker is our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison. She has been with us since 2016 but has been in the SERVPRO system since 1988. She is a 2nd generation SERVPRO employee and has experience with fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, water damage mitigation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, office billing and receiving, and sales and marketing. In her free time she enjoys playing with her grand children.
Randy Nelson
Randy has many years experience in New Home builds as well as remodeling of homes.
Randy like to Gold, Play basketball in his free time.
Randy is a Veteran for the Navy.
Garrett Robertson
Garrett has been in the Restoration business for a few years. His favorite aspect of working at SERVPRO is helping people out during their time of need.
Garrett loves to fish on his down time.

I called SERVPRO out to give me an estimate to clean up a huge dust mess that my contractor left behind. They were very fast at setting up an estimate and really in line with the other companies that I have called. I will be booking with SERVPRO to get my dust cleaned up. I like how they have everything put in to a computer and its not weeks to get an estimate of cost. Thank you SERVPRO for giving me a free estimate I appreciate your help.
I used this SERVPRO a week ago because my home was flooded with an inch of water. I came home to my hot water heater leaking all over my wood floors. These guys were the Best you could ever have working in your home! The guys were polite and caring. Thank you for your outstanding work.
Great work and even better employees I wish to express my complete satisfaction with the great service performed at my home within the last two weeks. Even more importantly, I seek to commend Tyler Duke who performed that work with efficiency.
I had to call SERVPRO for my mothers home a couple of weeks ago. These guys really care about their work and the people that they are taking care of. They were so helpful and patent with my mother. They tape down the cords of their machines so my mother would not trip over them. Thank you water crew for all of your hard work!
