Joseph Wirsching, founder of SERVPRO of North Laredo, had a vision of starting a company that could help people in their most desperate hours when their valuables were affected by water and/or fire damage. Joseph had 11 years of experience in the insurance business, and dreamed of opening up a company in a different area of the industry, one that could help customers overcome their losses; SERVPRO franchises offered that opportunity. As a former property adjuster, Joseph saw how devastating it was for people to lose their personal items which not only had monetary value, but sentimental value as well.
