The SERVPRO crew came out on Christmas Eve night after an incident at my home left a pool of blood on the floor and walls. They cleaned it up quickly and disinfected. I was happy they came out on Christmas Eve when others were going to take over a week. Thanks SERVPRO for helping me get back to normal in time for Christmas.
I wish I had known about SERVPRO before I had a situation at home. I had a leak in my house. We hire some people to remove the water and clean. A week later, there was a weird smell inside the house. Come to find out mold is growing where the leak started. My insurance called SERVPRO and they were able to get rid of the mold. They did an awesome job.

Joseph Wirsching, founder of SERVPRO of North Laredo, had a vision of starting a company that could help people in their most desperate hours when their valuables were affected by water and/or fire damage. Joseph had 11 years of experience in the insurance business, and dreamed of opening up a company in a different area of the industry, one that could help customers overcome their losses; SERVPRO franchises offered that opportunity. SERVPRO is a customer-focused company that starts with the end in mind, by being ready for whatever happens.
As a former property adjuster, Joseph saw how devastating it was for people to lose their personal items which not only had monetary value, but sentimental value as well. Mitigation and remediation are at the core of SERVPRO's line of business and, if valuables can be salvaged, we make sure we do everything in our power to get them back to where they started, “Like it never even happened."
