Nathan is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of North Arlington. He has 24 years experience; 20 of which were here at SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire Damage Restoration Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician, Applied Structure Drying Technician.
Nathan is also certified by the State of Texas in Mold Remediation.
Nancy Savala
Nancy has been our Office Manager at SERVPRO of North Arlington for 13 years. Nancy graduated from UNT Dallas; majoring in Applied Arts and Sciences concentrating on business management. She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Water Damage Restoration Technician and Fire Damage Restoration Technician.
Sascha Dewitt
Sascha is a Fire supervisor, water damage technician, she is a licensed mold remediation tech and has been with SERVPRO of North Arlington for 9 years. She is a very hard worker & quick learner.
Martha Rodriguez
Martha is on the Fire crew & pack out team at SERVPRO of North Arlington. Martha has worked at SERVPRO for 22 years.
Sara Quinteros
Sara is working as an Administrative Assistant, she is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Water Damage Restoration Technician. She has been with us for 6 years and has been a value from day 1 she is a very quick learner.
Austin Martin

Thank you so much for putting the perfect final touch on the miracle of transforming my house to a home by sending a crew to clean the carpets. Although I had vacuumed and spot-cleaned, the carpets were still full of drywall dust and the remnants of having dozens of people in and out of the house when the "finish" day turned into a day of ice and freezing cold. We even turned my dining room into a broadcast studio! It was a marvelous, but slightly messy, experience that has changed my life and lifted my spirits beyond words.
Your employees were friendly, helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional in cleaning my 20 year old carpets - even the worn "trails" are sparkling clean and fresh-smelling. I've had carpets cleaned by a number of different people over the years, but your guys truly did the most thorough job of anyone!

Nathan & Nancy: First, let me tell you how much I appreciate the excellent work you did in my home at 1424 Oxford Place, Mesquite, TX, in 2015. Not only was the remediation handled expediently but very professional by all of your people. If you ever need a recommendation, please consider me as a very satisfied client! Also, thank you for "holding" all of the items from my home deemed as "unsafe and to be destroyed" for such a long and extended period of time. As I have finally settled my lawsuit on Friday, June 24, 2016, and the parties involved are not interested in receiving these items, you may now destroy these items at your convenience. Again, thank you for the excellent work ethics.....it is so refreshing knowing there are companies like yours that exist.
