James Mondy is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. He is a graduate of the Eastfield College Micro-Brewer Program and a Bachelors in Food Sciences with a concentration in fermentation from Oregon State. James is the son of a retired Infantry Major for the United States Army. He has over 16 years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Mold Remediation Worker, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Wanda Mondy is a managing partner with added responsibilities of the Contents Division Manager at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. She is a graduate from UTD Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and recently welcomed her son home from serving in the United States Army. She enjoys refinishing furniture, listening to audio books and spending as much time as she can with her grandbabies! Wanda has been with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville for 13 years with training in Xactimate Software as well as being a Certified Esporta Operator. She also has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Vadale Brooks is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. He has 5 children and enjoys playing basketball and softball during his off time. Vadale has worked in the restoration industry for 18 years 13 of which have been here with our team! He is a Mold Certified Worker with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, & Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Rhonda Shuler is the Production Support Manager at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville. She has 12 years of experience with SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville as well as training for QuickBooks, and Xactimate Software. Rhonda has volunteered to assist new franchise offices with their Xactimate training as well! She loves being outdoors as much as possible, crafting, and spending quality time with her friends and family. You'll find pictures of her dog Jake throughout our social media as he is our "security dog". Jackie Bonilla is the Soft Contents Supervisor with the Soft Contents Division and has been with the SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville team for 15 years. Jackie works on all things contents from pack outs, cleaning, textile restoration, and move backs. She is a certified Esporta technician and utilizes iCat Packout Software on all contents jobs.

Sonia Pineda is the contents Supervisor at SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville and has been with our team for 14 years.
