SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville’s owner, John Mondy, is a retired major from the U.S. Army. Though his geographical location has changed his motivation and dedication to help those in need hasn’t wavered in the least. In fact it is this dedication that has led him to ensure that the company holds every available IICRC certificate. John is 1 of the 35 individuals in the world certified as a Triple Master Restorer. Our office is Licensed with the State of Texas to perform mold remediation with two Licensed Mold Remediation Contractors ensuring we can manage any size project. We hold the National Certificate for biohazard/crime scene/trauma clean up and have a structural engineer as well as an occupational health nurse on retainer. As an Esporta Certified Operator, we are able to handle all of your textiles that have been affected by fire, water, or mold. SERVPRO of Flower Mound/Lewisville also has a full Reconstruction Team which means you can work with one contractor from the beginning of your loss all the way through.

SERVPRO of Flower Mound did an excellent job…In the process of taking care of my water loss they determined I had mold behind my cabinets so they redirected their focus to remediate the mold for the best interest of my family.
Love me some Flower Mound SERVPRO!! Water damage while we are on vacation....called Amanda Austin and this morning and....Boom! They were there in 2 hours and had the house where I could walk in and not feel sick! Thank you Amanda and SERVPRO!!!
We ended up not having a need for mold remediation, but we still were offered any aid necessary in the form of a letter stating no need for work to be done. You were all wonderful and attention was well served. Your help was incredibly appreciated!

I am a licensed Asbestos Inspector and work with this location fairly often. The crews I have met on jobsites are always polite and professional. The customers always seem pleased with their services, punctuality, and attention to detail. To me, the biggest plus is they always answer the phone and are easy to work with.
...They were always on-time or early when they returned. No question was left unanswered. Polite and professional when I was having a stressful time. The pack-out and the return had not a single scratch or broken item…
