The storm in February destroyed my house! SERVPRO came in and went over everything that was needing done with me. At first I was overwhelmed. They made the process go by so smooth. They packed out all of my things in my home and stored them in a pod in front of my house. They spoke to my insurance and had everything handled so I could focus on my family and where we had to move during all of this. Thank you for helping me through all of this! Serve Pro did a great job helping get my house back in tip-top shape. After devastating water damage, my home needed demolition and then needed restoration! From the front office staff Jessica to Chance on the demo team, everything was done professionally and in a great amount of time! I could not recommend the staff enough.

My baby's daycare had a water damage last week. We thought we weren't going to be able to send our kids there for a week, but the SERVPRO folks literally moved all of the furniture so the school could continue operating in the dry wing. Wow! Can't tell you how relieved I was along with a bunch of other parents who thought we'd have to miss work. One of the technicians even stopped to explain to one of the kids what was happening and why everything was okay. Just so sweet and professional! Just wanted to say thanks to this franchise for caring about our little school. We LOVE what you are doing!

We had a small kitchen fire and put it out with water.  Had no idea what to do with the entire house smelling like smoke plus a partially flooded kitchen.  This SERVPRO office was the fastest one in Dallas to pick up the phone and come out.  Lori was so nice and understanding.  Thanks so much to the team that came out and got to work right away and knew exactly what to do.  Our new puppy was very nervous with the noise of the machines and equipment but the guys did a great job with her.  During the cleaning we also found mold behind the refrigerator to boot!  Everything was taken care of and now we start the bit of constriction work we need to finish.  Their manager bill is already doing a great job walking us through it.  Thanks to everyone that guided us with insurance and all the paperwork.  You are a great team!
