Our refrigerator line busted and flooded our kitchen. I called SERVPRO of Metrocrest and they came out immediately, they gave me an estimate and cleaned up the water and set up drying equipment.
This company did exactly what they promised. The initial phone conversation was direct and reassuring. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning to start the drying process. The representatives showed up promptly,with equipment in hand. An explanation was given of the entire process from start to finish. This included a schedule of when the equipment would be monitored and picked up. I'm very amazed with their technology and equally impressed with their service!!!
