History of Nassau Bay, TX

Nassau Bay was first settled as the Spirit of 1776 Ranch and later became what is now Nassau Bay. In 1962, the community was planned as a residential and commercial area and construction began. The first residents moved to the area in 1964, making the initial population of Nassau Bay 400 people. Of note, Nassau Bay is directly across from the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center.

And even with thousands of people calling them across the county, they showed up and worked hard to take care of the problem. They even bring a dumpster and throw out destroyed materials. They ripped out sheetrock, insulation and even damaged countertops. They use moisture meters and spray for mold prevention. You could reach them any hour of the day. Biggest props to Kevin and his team Oscar, Jason and Desmond. Kevin answered all our millions of questions and kept us laughing during a very stressful time. They worked fast, efficient and did a great job. They also had teams follow up for days with moisture meters and made adjustments until all areas are dried. Highly recommend them for any remediation project!

SERVPRO came out a week ago to do an inspection for water damage restoration. I was very pleased with the services, but SERVPRO actually came back out today to start services. Rashad Kennedy was the lead and displayed remarkable customer service and I'm very pleased with his services. I will definitely let State Farm know that SERVPRO is outstanding and highly recommended. I was overwhelmed at first, but Rashad made this situation very easy to deal with. 5 Stars.
