Established in 2007, Meridian, a master-planned community in Austin, Texas. The area is a close-knit community with easy access to downtown and to the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. The Meridian neighborhood features a new elementary school, a spacious pool with a community pavilion and a private lake covering over 10 acres of trails as well as natural landscapes. The neighborhood features beautiful homes several of the homes in Meridian are near the Grey Rock Golf Course. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive, and access to the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center and the Veloway Bike trail. The neighborhood has an active social committee that plans a full calendar of events including food truck nights, a 4th of July parade, and a Labor Day BBQ fundraiser. Residents also can enjoy Bear Lake.
