The City of Hooks is located in eastern Bowie County Texas on Interstate Highway I-30 and U.S. Highway 82 between Texarkana and New Boston. The town grew up around Warren Hooks' plantation in the late 1830s. Rail service began in 1876. Shortly before the U.S. entered World War II, two large military installations, the Red River Army Depot and the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant, were constructed just south of the town, spurring growth dramatically. The City of Hooks was incorporated in 1942.

I must say Corey and his team came in and delivered nothing but EXCELLENT service. There are some things or should I say characteristics a person should have when working with the public. Corey communicated with me the steps they would have to take and when insurance should respond or reach out to me. Even if there was a delay Corey was professionaland called me and gave me an update. He was honest and he remained consistent. He treated his team with respect and they too were very knowledgeable and informed me on their tasks. They made sure I didn't lift a finger. It is hard trying to find reliable, honest, dedicated, professional and overall people who want to work in 2024. I pray that SERVPRO values them because after my 5 day experience with them I can proudly say I value them and I WILL NOT hesitate to call them or refer them to anyone in the future!
