Craig Ranch is a master planned development featuring both commercial and residential development. The construction of Craig Ranch began in 2000 and encompasses nearly 2200 acres. The development consists of approximately 3700 single family residences and 3000 multifamily apartment units. Craig Ranch is named after its developer David Craig and is the home of the TPC Craig Ranch, host of the AT&T Byron Nelson championship.
Craig Ranch is a great and unique place to live. While it is not an incorporated town, it is a vital and self-sufficient community nestled just north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway between Custer and US 75. Craig Ranch was designed for its residents to be able to live, work and play without ever having to leave the area.

The Beach at Craig Ranch is a premier athletic facility for those who love volleyball and other sand sports with 4 indoor courts and 12 outdoor sand courts. If you’re looking for a little more leisure in your game, a round of golf is great at TPC Craig Ranch with its breathtaking 18 hole championship course. Craig Ranch amenities also include a 75,000 square foot fitness center with an aerobics studio, basketball courts and an indoor walking track. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby make Craig Ranch a great place to live and work.
