Balch Springs is a cozy little town just outside of Dallas, Texas. It is located about 16 miles from Dallas, and is just a highway down from other parts of DFW. The area was first settled in the 1840s. Around 1879 John M. Balch and his family settled south of Mesquite in unincorporated Dallas County. Mr. Balch found several springs on his land, one of which ran year-round. Balch Spring's story has years of data but we are happy to call it our home. We were happy to move into such a lively part of town, Balch Springs is home to a small downtown that includes libraries and small stores.
We have performed water damage restoration and even fire damage restoration for our beautiful Balch Springs.
