Jeff Cuthbertson
Jeff is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Chattanooga. Jeff grew up in Scottsboro, AL, and worked in construction throughout junior high and high school. After high school, he lived in the Dominican Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. He then attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in Facilities Management. While at BYU, Jeff met Jessica Erin Parks Cuthbertson. They are happily married since 2005 and have three children: Kellen, Taylor Bea, and Ava.
Craig Hixson
Craig is our Chief Operating Officer and has been with SERVPRO for almost 10 years! Craig has been with us for our franchises' growth and has stepped up in every position needed. Craig attended Tennessee Technical University with a degree in Health Sciences.
Chase Cuthbertson
Chase is our Chief Financial Officer. Chase attended Southern Utah University and has worked in finance for over 10 years. He has just recently joined our SERVPRO team and is going to be a great addition. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Ben Barker
Ben Barker is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Oak Ridge. He has been with us since July of 2020. Ben previously owned and operated a mitigation company and has spent time in the insurance adjusting industry. Ben says the best part about working for SERVPRO is the sense of knowing that what we do is helping people in a time of need. He takes pride and ownership in developing our team in a way that they can achieve personal growth, and an expanded knowledge of the mitigation industry, all while working together to expand the level of service that SERVPRO can provide our community in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, and our neighboring areas
