My wife and own and operate a local insurance agency and we have referred several of our customers to SERVPRO with the confidence that they will be prompt and thorough in their assessment and in some cases help to avoid claims for the client when the damages are below their deductible.

I recently bought a home. During the inspection I was told that there was a significant mold problem in my crawlspace. My inspector and realtor both referred me to SERVPRO of Oak Ridge to have the mold killed and cleaned. The house was built in the 1950s, but now the crawlspace looks like it is under a brand new house. The crews worked quickly and efficiently. Much easier process than I had expected.
