Austin Cerwinske
Austin has been a SERVPRO team member since May 2018. In his current role of Restoration Supervior, he oversees various jobs and mentors technicians who are starting out in the industry. He holds a C14 license as well as a WRT certification from the IICRC.
Cody Garrett
Cody started working for SERVPRO in September 2019 as a Restoration Technician. In the summer of 2022, he was promoted to Production Manager. His daily responsibilities include managing a team of Restoration Technicians and Restoration Supervisors and inspecting/writing estimates for both residential and commercial jobs. His certifications include: WRT, ASD, CDS, TCST and he has a C14 license.

Brandon is a loyal member of the SERVPRO of North Nashville team. Brandon excels in customer relations, and his primary focus will always be ensuring that the client is comfortable and knows everything will be all right with SERVPRO of North Nashville.
Adienna Peabody
Adienna started at SERVPRO in July, 2021 as Administrative Assistant, but it quickly became apparent that she was exceptionally talented in multiple areas and was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Owner shortly thereafter. She adds tremendous value to our company and does it all with a servant's heart.
Joey Ellis
As a business development specialist, Joey’s main goal is to build relationships which will, in turn, build our business. Joey says his favorite part of the job is the hands-on approach to communicating with clients and potential clients. He loves building rapport because he genuinely cares about people. Joey also brings his valuable expertise from having been a General Manager for Verizon to leverage relationships and to engage with people. We’re happy to have Joey on our squad!

We are an Entertainment and Hospitality business they relies on outside services for mitigation following various unforeseen circumstances. SERVPRO has been prompt and professional in addressing any of issues, so that there is limited to impact to our customers and staff. The experience I had with SERVPRO representatives was always excellent. They stayed in contact with me and the insurance agent about the progress of the home clean-up, also sent emails with complete descriptions of the process so no unexpected questions arose. I'm am very satisfied with their service.
I am happy to report that good customer service still exists. After my insurance company was unable to provide a vendor to service my home (pipe burst) I turned to Google, plus received a recommendation that suggested SERVPRO. I called and Polly answered the phone in a pleasant voice. I explained my situation and she was kind and walked me through their process. I had the attention and assistance of SERVPRO from that day forward. Polly happily agreed to speak with my insurance adjuster to streamline communications. In addition, after the mitigation work started, we learned my situation needed additional services beyond the scope of SERVPRO—asbestos. Not to worry, Polly and the team worked with the environmental vendor to schedule and complete their work. After which, the mitigation work continued.
I received timely updates and if I had questions, I called and receivede prompt and friendly responses. Even beyond Polly, others on the team were responsive and addressed my questions via phone and text—texting becomes helpful during busy work days that require multi-tasking.
Would I recommend SERVPRO—YES! More specifically, the North Nashville location (I can only hope other locations live up to this standard). During a time when customer service appears to be a lost art, I was fortunate to connect with SERVPRO who was a tremendous help and went above and beyond to provide guidance and advice. While customer service is important, the outcome and quality of their mitigation work was equally satisfactory.
Josh is an Angel! I called him 3 separate times (all hours of the day & night) and they came through for us. We were desperate and our plumbing situation was a nightmare! Josh gave me so much comfort and fixed the problem on our forever changing timeline (sewage cleaning). I wish I could give them 10 stars! Highly recommend!! Don't wait, call and give yourself peace of mind. Thanks Again.
I had my floor drains overflowing which caused a huge flood on my floor and carpet. Zack, Cam, and Brantley were the technicians that responded, and they were phenomenal! They explained everything that they were doing, making sure I was taken care of and they were really fast to get everything cleaned up too! Totally recommend!
I called SERVPRO & spoke to Rachel H. I was inquiring about getting mold cleaned off of couches following a water leak. Rachel kindly explained that due to the nature of mold, cleaning the couches would not ensure that the problem was resolved. My insurance was requesting some sort of statement to explain this in order to cover replacement of our couches. Even though we were not able to utilize any services from the company, Rachel, with the help of Cody G., went above and beyond to supply me with this statement. The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be recommending & remembering SERVPRO in the future!
Zack was prompt and helpful with our issue! He ran multiple tests to give me confidence in tackling the issue at hand and suggestions on how to move forward. Thanks Zack!
