John A. Greenway
President John Greenway was raised in Northwest Knoxville after his parents relocated to find work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He attended Central High School. John is quite the athlete and earned a Baseball scholarship to Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN. As co-captain, he was instrumental in leading his team to victory in the state championship. He then gained a Baseball scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN where he also achieved Academic All American honors. He had the great fortune of meeting his future wife Kristina who was on volleyball scholarship from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. John transferred to the University of Tennessee to Complete his B.S. in Education. John is the proud father of two sons. He was employed for 18 years with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a sales rep and advanced to become a District Manager. John has earned WRT water restoration technician, ASD applied structural drying and CDS certifications. With John’s training and experience, he holds an essential position in the SERVPRO Commercial Large Loss Division.
Kristina L. Greenway
Vice President Kristina Greenway is a Ft. Lauderdale, FL native and attended Broward Junior College and then Austin Peay State University on a volleyball scholarship. Kristina met her husband and eventual business partner, John, who was on a baseball scholarship. After matriculating from college, Kristina relocated to Knoxville, married, and then raised her two sons in the West Hills area. She spent many years doing volunteering and entrepreneurial endeavors, such as opening a new greeting card line called Old Grouch™. She, not yet finished with her education also attended Lincoln Memorial University where she earned dual master’s degrees. Kristina is passionate about learning and helping others. She is a visionary, and this gift has been especially valuable to her work at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Kristina has been committed to helping others in the field of crime scene and biohazard cleanup. She has achieved one of the highest certifications in bloodborne pathogen and biohazard cleanup through American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) by completing her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM). She holds the office of Vice President of ABRA and is proactive in educating other companies of this nonprofit Educational Association. Emphasis is placed upon interfacing with empathy in the aftermath of crimes and accidents, not just the technical aspects. Kristina also holds active Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water restoration (WRT), fire & smoke remediation (FSRT), and advanced microbial remediation (AMART). Kristina has always been passionate about helping people; in fact, her life's mission can be best defined with one statement: “Helping others in their time of need is one of life’s greatest privileges”™.
Sean Greenway
Sean Greenway, Account Consultant, is a Knoxville native who has been in the restoration business for 10 years and has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for 7 years. Sean has continued to expand his industry knowledge by earning his WRT, ASD, FSRT Certifications through the IICRC. He also completed his Sandler Training with a Bronze Certification. Sean's continuing knowledge isn't limited to certifications, Sean is a BOMA Board Member and a member of IFMA, AGC, and IREM. Sean is also a part of the Planning Committee of the Knoxville NFFF Stairclimb. When Sean isn't working he can be found playing golf and spending time with his wife, Olivia, his daughter, Emila, and his dog, Finn.
Bruce Foughty
Bruce, since 2021 is a Service Consultant at SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville. He is a certified CCT carpet cleaning technician from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Bruce lives in Tazewell with his spouse, four kids, and five grandkids nearby. He is involved with the Special Olympics and a part of the Planning Committee for the NFFF Stairclimb. When he isn't working Bruce enjoys hockey, football, and the great outdoors.
Lisa Breuer
Lisa Breuer, as Office Manager and leader of our office staff, oversees performance in all accounting and administrative activities. She guides the office. She also ensures that all job files are accurately audited and contain all required documentation. Lisa aids in the development and implementation of our annual office administration plan and budget to automate and improve office productivity. Ms. Breuer manages and promotes customer satisfaction including the resolution of customer complaints. Lisa has over 30 years office experience with more than half of those in accounting, and many of those at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Of course, she has earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Ms. Breuer is married and is the proud mother of two children. She likes biking, camping, walking, camping, and all things family. Lisa still finds time to be a Youth leader, Sunday school teacher and a Children’s church volunteer. We are the Fire, Water, Mold, and Cleaning Experts - available 24/7/365.
Renee Holiday
Renee is an Administrative Assistant/Estimator at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. She has been an indispensable member of our team since 2017. She has experience working in an architecture/design retail location in Miami, FL though she now resides in Knoxville. Renee uses the NextGear Moisture Mapper as part of our restoration coordinated efforts. She trained with Corporate Managed Accounts and Third Party Administrators. Renee is a member of the Knox Makers, a place for educators, hobbyists, entrepreneurs, and the Artist in Residence at the 17th Street Studios.
Meredith Tinnel
Meredith is our Accounts Receivable and Estimator. Meredith is a Loudon County native and currently lives in Lenoir City. Meredith has been a part of the SERVPRO team for 10 years collectively and currently holds her WRT from the IICRC. Meredith donates her time to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office Family Support Group, First Responders Christian Outreach (Pianist), and Loudon County Friends of Animals when she isn't working. She is also heavily involved with the TNR Program helping a feral cat colony. Together they help trap, neuter, and release the babies to help stop the overwhelming growth. Meredith has been married to her husband, Mark, for 24 years and has a son named Jake. They are a family driven by their passion for music and singing.
Casin Chandler
Casin Chandler, Production Manager, at SERVPRO has 16 years of experience in the Restoration Industry and 20 years of experience in Construction. Casin has earned his certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He currently holds his URT, CTR, WRT, CCT & ASD. Casin hails from Olivehurst, CA, and enjoys hunting and fishing in his off time. He is also a member of Odd Fellows. The most important ingredient in his life is his family. Casin has one daughter Robin and two grandchildren, Lil' Robert and Donda.
Bryan Green
Bryan Green is a Crew Chief. Our SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties congratulates Bryan for his service in the United States Marine Corps. He was raised in East Tennessee and participated in many sports. We are very pleased with how Bryan conducts his duties which include the scheduling of daily jobs, coordinating production on all jobs, ensure that safety precautions are followed, and submit weekly reports to summarize production activities. He oversees all fire damage issues in Loudon, Lenoir City, Kingston, Harriman, and the surrounding areas.
Nick Lee
Nick Lee, Senior Production Manager, has been a part of our team for 5 years. During those 5 years, Nick has earned his WRT and ASD Certification through the IICRC. Nick also holds a TN Pesticides Applicators License. Together with his certifications, Nick also has 10 years of experience within the Restoration Industry. Nick is involved with the TN Department of Agriculture and in his free time, Nick enjoys building things, cheering for the Vols, bowling, and spending time with his family within his Knoxville home.
Alex Oakes
Alex Oakes, Estimator/Project Manager, has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for 7 years. During those 7 years, Alex has shown strong leadership qualities and a desire to learn which has earned him numerous promotions. Alex began his career with us as a technician, then Crew Chief, and now Estimator/Project Manager. Alex has gained valuable experience leading crews with fire and water cleanup, mold remediation, water damage, hazardous waste cleanup, floor cleaning, deodorization, post-construction cleanup, and reconstruction. Alex is not only limited to personal experience but has also earned his WRT and ASD Certifications through the IICRC. Alex has been happily married since 2011 to his wife, who is a nurse at a local hospital, and they have a son and daughter who keep this young family active. During their personal time, they enjoy camping and traveling to new places whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Ding-Ding! Meet Z one of our Production Technicians. Z has been in the restoration business for 7 years and has been with our SERVPRO Franchise for 3 years. Z is an Army Veteran who was enlisted for 5 years and was airborne during his Service. Z is Free Mason who enjoys fishing during his free time and is an expert in fork lifting.

Greenway built our restoration company mindfully, choosing managers, office staff, and technicians who put people and their needs first. The hands-on approach our owners take enhances the feeling confidence our customers have when we respond to their fire, water, mold, storm, or another disaster. John is regarded as a leader of SERVPRO’s large loss commercial division. Our crew is the only large loss response team (LLRT) in this area, giving us both the opportunity and the responsibility to help the commercial enterprises that provide jobs, services, and goods to the communities we serve when disaster strikes.
Kristina is a crime scene and biohazard cleanup and restoration industry expert. Her position as Vice President of the American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) and completion of her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM) place SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties ahead of the curve when it comes to sensitive post-trauma, crime, and other hazardous waste cleanups.
