Cunningham Cleanup and Restoration

SERVPRO of Montgomery County was amazing !!!! Our house caught fire and they were out the same day we called them. Specifically, RJ, Kyle, and Zach were extremely informative and went out of their way to find personal sentimental items and rescue them. Kyle and Zach found cash in the fire that they immediately gave it to us. RJ I believe was the project manager and was more informative about the process of what happens after a fire than our insurance. I will definitely use them again in the unfortunate event our house catches fire again and will tell all my friends and family to use them. The customer service amongst the entire crew was refreshing!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

We had a decent-sized water leak from our wash machine on the second floor that had trailed into the other rooms and the garage. Bobby was on top of everything as soon as he got to the house and over the last few days has been in constant communication with what all they are doing and ensuring that everything gets done properly. Really appreciate his thoroughness and work ethic. Definitely put my wife at ease.

Bobby was such a pleasure to work with! We flooded the upstairs of our house literally a day after we closed on it! He helped ease our worries and pure panic. He prepared us for the worse, but thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. I HOPE we never need his services again, but if we do we will 100% call Bobby and his team!

Bobby and the crew which consists of Melissa, Valeria, Kyle, Dennis, Sly, Heidi, and Robert have been great. There are also two more workers who were so humble. They guide you through the process and treat you like a person. I am totally satisfied with them and look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a horrible fire that we felt overwhelmed with, and then we called SERVPRO of Montgomery County! These men and women have absolutely proven to us that we were in the best hands! Keith was our first contact that was made and he was the one to get the rest of the crew involved. Bobby has been fantastic answering every question and meeting every need. We feel very secure with Bobby leading the way for us. He's extremely knowledgeable. Miguel has been outstanding assuring us that the possessions they were removed from our home would be handled with the greatest of care. Every question we had or concern was immediately taken care of and we are so thankful for him being our guide through this process! Robert, the lead contractor on our home, from the first meeting with him, left us feeling very confident we were in the best of hands! Our home hasn't been totally completed yet, but we are confident that we made the best choice by putting SERVPRO of Montgomery County in charge.
