Cowan is a town in Franklin County located just at the base of the Cumberland Plateau. Although a small community, housing just over 1,477 residents, according to the most recent census data, Cowan is rich with history. Cowan gets its name from a Civil War era doctor named James Benjamin Cowan. The Cowan family had lived in the community since the early 1800's when it was named. It was originally developed as a railroad town and was the site where several branch lines met the Nashville to Chattanooga trunk of the Cowan Tunnel. The tunnel, along with a railroad museum, are must see attractions when visiting the town.

I had some water damage in my basement due to local flooding. Local SERVPRO crews were too busy to handle all the calls, so the Manchester Tennessee team was dispatched to my call. They were so easy to work with. They removed the wet carpet and drywall quickly and cleanly. The fans and dehumidifier got my basement completely dry again. I was never apprehensive about the security of my home; I put my complete trust in them. They are all Godsends to me! My heartfelt gratitude to you all!
Amazing Company! Our home had a skunk to die under our Hvac unit and it contaminated the inside of our home. We had to stayed in a hotel while SERVPRO took over. I never would have thought the smelled could be removed from our furniture , mattress , clothes, etc .. But SERVPRO took care of it within a week ! It makes me want to work for them !! Great job !
