When Water-Fire damage happen in Asbury, We're Ready. Asbury, TN was established in 1989 to support the growing demand that seniors had in the area for an engaging retirement community to call home. This senior living community located in the Tri-Cities, Tenn. region, was the second continuing care retirement community created by Asbury Place, Inc., which was established in 1956 with the development of Asbury Place Maryville. Carved into the foothills of the beautiful Bays mountain, Asbury Place Kingsport provides seniors living in the Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol area and beyond with an engaging lifestyle and maintenance-free living on our Baysmont campus. In 2016 we became a regional leader by adding new skilled nursing, assisted living and memory support neighborhoods built on the household model – where residences are built in the style of a private home. After Hurricane Harvey my in laws house was flooded and due to inability to get back in for a week mold had begun. As soon as we could get in we called SERVPRO as the handled a minor flooding for us in the past and I knew they were a good company. They took our contact info and got a team out from out of state within 2 days in spite of the extreme devastation in Houston. They did an excellent job on cleaning the flooding and mold in the house and furnishings without us having to be there. They were thorough and very good with communication on the status of the clean up. I would definitely use them again should the need arise and I highly recommend their work, professionalism and communication throughout the horrible ordeal of the hurricane aftermath. They were there when we needed them!

I've never experienced anything like my house flooding before, and I have never experienced a clean-up process either. it was nerve racking, but I have also never seen a crew come in and put forth that much effort putting us back together again. I hired SERVPRO to clean my mom's carpet. Her carpet is old and lost its nap.
SERVPRO came out and I was amazed at how much better her carpet looked! It stood up like it used to. When I walked in I couldn't believe how god it smelled. Mom was so happy with the way it looked.
The guys were so nice and moved the furniture and moved it back when they were finished.
