My husband and I were so happy with the service we received from SERVPRO. Monica and Chris have an outstanding company, they did their very best to restore our home after the fire. Their team worked their tails off to get our family back in our home safely and get our belongings cleaned. Monica went above and beyond for us! I so appreciated her keeping me in the loop on everything that was going on and checking in on me and my family throughout the whole process. I would never wish a fire on anybody, it was such a stressful time in our lives but we felt like friends, not customers. I am so thankful for SERVPRO for all that they did to help us.

We were extremely satisfied with SERVPRO of The Dutch Fork. After one of our rental properties caught fire our insurance agent recommended giving Chris and Monica a call. They did an outstanding job! During the fire the firefighters had to poke holes in the ceiling which opened our eyes to an asbestos problem we didn't know we had. They were able to treat that along with all of the smoke damage to the house and its contents. We loved the outcome of the painting and flooring. They worked well with our insurance company and I was so impressed with the level of service and communication provided to us. 

I thankful everyday that Jeannie was handling my claim, with your office. She not only made this process easy to navigate she took the time to explain everything! She knows her stuff!

My insurance company recommended using SERVPRO, I had no idea who they were before they came to my home. The first people I met were the owners of the franchise, Chris and Monica, I could tell right away that they were just wonderful people. When their staff came to my house to work, I always got a call later in the day making sure everything went okay. They made a point to ask if everything was going well and if it wasn’t, they made sure that I was taken care of. I had no complaints throughout the entire process of cleaning my home, moving my belongings and making repairs to the parts of my home that were damaged by smoke.
