Our experience with SERVPRO was great! Unfortunately, were hit by a fire, but the team at SERVPRO did a good job of completing the work that needed to be done to restore all the damaged areas. Their crew always showed up in a timely matter and the communication with the staff at SERVPRO was outstanding.
Dallas came out and gave us an estimate. The damage was not as severe as I had feared, so he also gave me a few pointers on how to resolve the issue myself. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness!
I am totally AMAZED at the thorough job SERVPRO did at my home. Every square inch from ceiling to floor and everything in-between was cleaned better than I would have done myself!!! (And it would have taken about 100 of me to get that job done!!)
I am almost 62 years old and could never have done everything you guys did for me! Even the garage area where the fire happened looks as though the fire never happened!! To be truthful, I truthfully didn't think you could live up to your TV commercials: "Like It Never Happened" but that is the most perfect description I could give after seeing the work you did at my home.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking away that sick-at-my stomach feeling every time I thought about the damage. You are the GREATEST!!
