After a sudden storm, my place of employments' roof was severely damaged. This caused massive water damage inside. Andrew, Tab and the rest of the guys showed up and got to work quickly. They kept me informed through the whole process and I was very grateful for their reassurance throughout the whole ordeal.

My apartment flooded because of all the rain we received lately. My land lord contacted SERVPRO of Orangeburg to come extract the water. The came quickly and got most of the water out and then set up fans which really helped. They even came back when it was dry to do a carpet cleaning. They did a great job.  

Tab did a wonderful job. He dealt with the insurance adjuster and kept open communication with me to keep me informed. Everyone was very polite and professional. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
