The location manager came to inspect the job before completion to confirm that I had no issues. Dylan at the office assisted me with payments to make the insurance process as smooth as possible. SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance company following a roof leak. They came out within the hour, inspected the attic to find the leak and promptly set up equipment to help dry the ceiling! They also called every few days to make sure that the leak had not gotten worse while we were working out the repair schedule with the roofer. Would highly recommend them - thanks Dylan and crew!
