Owner Jody Redmond comes with 15 years of restoration and construction experience. Prior to that, Jody spent 15 plus years in the banking industry. He holds a IICRC WRT certification and a RRP certifcation for lead-based paint. Jody is a graduate of Wofford College where he majored in finance. He also is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Busineed where he received his Masters.

Owner Brian Stechschulte comes with 30 years of diverse construction experience. The last 10 years with a restoration service background. He a earned a Bachelor's of Science from The Ohio State University in Architecture and is also an unlimited licensed General Contractor.

Bryan has been representing SERVPRO for over 22 years and has expert knowledge in all service lines in the mitigation industry. He holds a WRT certification. On his lunch break, you can find him at the nearest Italian restaurant.

Cory joined our team over a year ago and his smile has been infectious ever since. He claims he has never met a crawlspace that he doesn't like. When he is not helping people, Cory can be found with a fishing pole in his hand.

Dallas comes with 20 years of restoration experience performing his first water loss in 1997. Hed joined the brand in 2008. He has multiple IICRC certs plus a Master water cert. Also, several DHEC certifications and he has participated in several storm team events. He is also accredited to teach Ce classes. He helps out in day-to-day operations in any field he is needed.

Mia Watson is our Job File Coordinator. Born and raised here in South Carolina. She enjoys sitting her porch and listening to the birds. But above all she enjoys spending as much time with her son as possible.
