Wakefield, Rhode Island is known for its beautiful coastal communities featuring some of the state's most impressive homes. The village is located on the northernmost point of Point Judith Pond. The pond is dotted with beautiful homes overlooking the water which is a major waterway into the Atlantic Ocean for private boats, commercial fishing boats, and ferries to Block Island/Long Island.
