Nearing the completion of the job, one of his guys noticed another area of damage that wasn't visible prior and messaged Antonio. Within an hour, he had gotten approval from my insurance company to do the additional work. Shortly after that, Antonio came back to make sure the job was being done correctly and completely. I can't say enough about he and his team's efforts!
