Antonio came out to assess my water damage and document the work needed. Within an hour, his team was here to start the cleanup. They were all very professional and extremely neat! Nearing the completion of the job, one of his guys noticed another area of damage that wasn't visible prior and messaged Antonio. Within an hour, he had gotten approval from my insurance company to do the additional work. Shortly after that, Antonio came back to make sure the job was being done correctly and completely. I can't say enough about he and his team's efforts!

Robert and Mirtala dug out everything in my basement on a day that was over 90 degrees with a dew point over 70 degrees. I cannot think of worse conditions under which to do the job. Knowing the items were worth damages money for me, they were careful to make sure I got pictures of everything they brought up. They were as meticulous at the end f a miserable day as they were at the very beginning. They deserve something extra for working under those awful conditions.  Robert and another gentleman (I didn’t get his name) worked longer than anticipated because of peeling paint on the basement walls. They pressure washed the entire basement and cleaned up everything thoroughly.  Richard and Mirtala come back and painted the basement. Richard explained everything in detail that they had done and why. All appropriate machines were put in place to dry out the basement. Harlos Guerrero, the Project Manager, explained everything to me to make sure I understood the process and the papers were signed. He and his office were very prompt, clear and accommodating in calling me with scheduling all that needed to be done.  Every single person was eminently professional and courteous.
