Robert and Mirtala dug out everything in my basement on a day that was over 90 degrees with a dew point over 70 degrees. I cannot think of worse conditions under which to do the job. Knowing the items were worth damages money for me, they were careful to make sure I got pictures of everything they brought up. They were as meticulous at the end f a miserable day as they were at the very beginning. They deserve something extra for working under those awful conditions.  Robert and another gentleman (I didn’t get his name) worked longer than anticipated because of peeling paint n the basement walls. They pressure washed the entire basement and cleaned up everything thoroughly.  Richard and Mirtala come back and painted the basement. Richard explained everything in detail that they had done and why. All appropriate machines were put in place to dry out the basement. Harlos Guerrero, the Project Manager, explained everything to me to make sure I understood the process and the papers were signed. He and his office were very prompt, clear and accommodating in calling me with scheduling all that needed to be done.  Every single person was eminently professional and courteous. 

The SERVPRO team was absolutely incredible!!! They went above and beyond cleaning our basement after a pipe burst. They took such great pride and care in the repair process and walked us through everything from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was thorough and kind. I couldn’t recommend them more!!  

 

Came home to an awful surprise when our basement flooded while we were at work due to a frozen/burst pipe. Dean & his crew were quick to get on the job to help mitigate the problem and clean up. Dean is the ultimate professional and made the whole process easy for us. I would absolutely recommend him & his crew to anyone going through problems like these.

Harlos was great to work with through the night and crazy weekend.  We were very satisfied with the work done by SERVPRO. 

My basement was flooded due to our washer machine hose splitting. The response time from the time I called was no more than an hour. Andre and his helper did a fantastic job getting the water vacuumed up . They put in blowers to dry out the carpets to then rip up 2days later. Their Project Manager Dean Cooper was here to go over everything that was going to be done. Dean stayed in contact with us daily for any concerns we may have had. extremely happy with the service we had with Serve Pro.

Raymond and his mitigation team were a breeze to work with. They responded quickly to my home to assess the damages and got to work right away! This type of response is key when there is any type of water damage to your home. Their prompt attention and professional manner made this disaster a little less painful! Highly recommend.

This company rocks!!! Very responsive, great people, and tremendous work. My hot water heater died. What a mess! That was on Friday very early a.m. And, by today, cleanup is done!!!
