In a time when you hear stories of high-pressure contractors selling and upselling unnecessary services, it was refreshing to be treated honestly and professionally and though I didn't need to hire SERVPRO this time, after the treatment I received, you can be sure, they will be my first call when something like this happens again.
My basement was flooded due to our washer machine hose splitting. The response time from the time I called was no more than an hour. Andre and his helper did a fantastic job getting the water vacuumed up . They put in blowers to dry out the carpets to then rip up 2days later. Their Project Manager Dean Cooper was here to go over everything that was going to be done. Dean stayed in contact with us daily for any concerns we may have had. extremely happy with the service we had with Serve Pro.
Jonathan the project manager and his team of Jose and Ricardo did an excellent job remediating mold in my basement. The work was thorough and on-time.
