East Providence Cleanup and Restoration

First Rate! We had a toilet tank crack in a second floor bathroom without the guest realizing, water poured out flooding the tiled bathroom floor and seeping into adjoining hardwood nearby. Then the water rained down for an hour onto our finished drop ceiling in the garage. We called ServPro and they came the same day. Joe Carlino did a terrific job of evaluating the damage and came up with the remediation plan with fans, dehumidifiers and suction mats on the hardwood floors. Dominic and team came for two days and did a great job of opening up the ceiling and drying everything out to prevent any mold. I recommend them without reservation!

It was the unfortunate event of a burst pipe that brought the A team, James and Dominic, to our house. They were professional and quick to address the problem and brought solutions to begin the mitigation process. These guys just finished our project, and we were very impressed with the work done. After the flood, the ServPro crew emptied the contents of our basement, disposed of all that could not be saved, then began the deconstruction of the damaged walls, the next crew headed by Luiz, rebuilt our finished basement with expertise. Finally today Dominic and James emptied the storage pod and neatly stacked our boxes in our storage area. Polite guys working hard for their paychecks! We need more workers like Servpro employs! Kudos to Brian and Jason as well!

Adam & Nate were on the scene quickly to clean up water from a broken pipe. We were very grateful for their help throughout the process.
