I am very satisfied in my selection to go with SERVPRO of Providence for the reconstruction of my home after a traumatic flood event. The reconstruction and insurance team of Brian Regan, Anthony Olaes, and Lynn Crawford made the process as painless as possible, and their expertise in project management and insurance really put me at ease. This team is extremely professional, and their phone accessibility really went a long way. Outside of that, and just as important, the work done in reconstructing my home was of great quality!

I'm beyond grateful that SERVPRO stepped in to help my family. We had a bad storm which caused our finished basement to flood. We had another company come in at first trusting in them to do the job unfortunately this company only did a portion which was drying and left me with mold in my basement along with a portion of a soiled rug. I called SERVPRO to help. I'm truly grateful they stepped in. Raymond explained everything to me that needed to be done from beginning to end, he always made me feel comfortable. The workers were amazing, they covered and moved my furniture with care. I'm so happy that they were able to come in and help. I can finally rest knowing they did the job right and the mold has been removed the correct way by cutting the drywall and spraying. They did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone in need.

I was very impressed with C.J. and his crew. They came all the way to Houston to provide services to those effected by broken pipes from the unprecedented ice storm. They kept me very well informed and appeared on time and kept to schedule. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and easy to work with. I am satisfied with the work that was performed.

We were surprised to learn that SERVPRO of Providence was assigned to do the Mitigation of our property in Houston, Texas. We met a delightful group of professionals who took to heart their duties. Frank, Leah and CJ took control of the situation and performed their job well. The brought in additional personnel, especially Andres who in turn became the commander in chief at the site. During the process they were extremely courteous with us as well as our neighbors. They respected our property, our neighbors and the community. At the end of this phase they stayed in touch making sure there were no unfinished tasks. We strongly recommend this group of professionals.

After a disastrous flood ripped through my condo unit, you can only imagine how distraught I was when I woke up to water everywhere. They also told it to me straight, which was very much appreciated, because I knew what to expect, and there were no surprises. Also, when the reconstruction piece started, Anthony listened to my vision, while also adding value with his suggestions. I was very impressed with the quality of work, as there was no loose ends, or short cuts taken. I would highly recommend SERVPRO Providence for anyone going through a comparable situation.
