2. How do you bill me or my insurance? We will directly send all the paperwork, photos and detailed estimate of services to insurance company and customer. The insurance will likely issue payment to the insured to then forward to the SERVPRO office for payment. 
3. How long will this take? Drying takes 3-5 days on average, then repairs will need to be preformed by SERVPRO or the customer contractor. More complex projects like fire damages for demo and rebuild take take 6-9 months pending the severity. 
4. Can I dry my property after a water damage? Most customer do not have the proper equipment to dry a water damage. Some properties require 30 air movers and 3 dehus along with many hours of labor.
