From the first hello to the last goodbye was truly a comforting experience due to the circumstances that brought SERVPRO to my home. In my case there were 3 stages to complete the task at hand. Bio hazard, demolition, and rebuild. Each stage had a supervisor to stay in contact with as well as the SERVPRO office. The office of SERVPRO were kind,courtesy, and by far quick to react to get any message to the supervisors and the supervisors back to me. The ones who performed all the needed work were friendly, compassionate, clean and very experienced. SERVPRO has helped me through a difficult time and will help you through yours.
