Jason Young
Jason started with SERVPRO in June of 2017, after a long career in the trucking industry. He started as a production technician, was promoted to crew chief, and has recently become our Production Manager, due to his work ethic and knowledge of this industry.
Jason enjoys long rides on his Harley and spending time with family!

Jason is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester.
He is a family man and enjoys spending his free time with his kids!
Becky Gretzula
Becky is our wonderful Billing and Audit Supervisor. She has been with SERVPRO for 6 years. She enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her 16 year old twins and her fiancé, and attending sports events with her friends. Becky's favorite memories include the staff Flyers games, making the chili for the West Chester Rotary Chili Cook-off, and all the amazing people she has gotten to meet over the years at SERVPRO Team O'Donnell!
Jim Finnegan
This is our Emergency Operations Manager Jim Finnegan! Jim has been with SERVPRO Team O'Donnell for 5 and half years. When Jim isn't working hard to help our customers in need, he enjoys spending time with his kids. One of Jim's favorite SERVPRO memories is traveling for all of the STORM jobs with Team O'Donnell. Nikole Mozzani
Have you met our Administrative Operations Manager, Nikole Mozzani? Nikole has been with SERVPRO of West Chester and Southern Delaware County for 4.5 years. Some of Nikole's fondest memories at SERVPRO are Team Building Flyers Games, and participating in the West Chester Rotary Chili Cook-off! In her free time, Nikole loves to spend time with her two children, as they both are involved in sports and in the community. Nikole enjoys cooking, meal prepping, gardening and reading. She even has her own food blog! She has 2 dogs, 2 cats and "the best family and co-workers"! Nikole loves to help others in their time of need, which makes her job here at SERVPRO Team O'Donnell extremely rewarding.

Everyone was nice from the time I had my estimate by Will Negron. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Nikole Mozzani was also very professional and polite. I called her to pay my deductible and just from that conversation she made me feel comfortable and told me to call her cell if I had any problems along the way. Now let’s get to Jason and Felix the two gentlemen that did the clean up at my home. I couldn’t thank them enough. Jason and Felix treated my home as it was theirs. They were extremely professional, efficient, organized, clean, and got the job done fast. My home was back in no time. Jason and Felix also gave me their cell numbers in case I have any more problems. This was my first time using SERVPRO and ever hearing about this company. Now I pray that I don’t have anymore problems in the near future but if I do I’m calling SERVPRO!!!!!

I discovered mold in my basement. I was concerned for my family's safety. Kevin Jones came to my property and discussed my options with me and began the work the same week. The entire crew that was here was wonderful. Both Jason and Tristan were knowledgeable and careful of my property. They discussed the best course of action with my lost possessions and even played with my dog. I spoke with Lisa in the office and she was so kind and knew how to help me with paperwork and insurance. I am so impressed by the professional staff and how quickly and exceptionally this was handled! Highly recommend!
I just wanted to let you know once again your guys came through with flying colors.
I panicked on Friday with an emergency call to your office at 2:15 pm, and by the time I got to the residence in Villanova, your guys were right behind me. Turned out the water leak was minimal, but they conduct themselves professionally and with respect to the client – who was over reacting.
And on the equipment pick up day (today), they were equally as prompt and efficient.
Shoe covers, masks, gloves, floor covering – all covered.
Thanks for being there with these last two water emergencies.
