I just wanted to let you know once again your guys came through with flying colors.
I panicked on Friday with an emergency call to your office at 2:15 pm, and by the time I got to the residence in Villanova, your guys were right behind me. Turned out the water leak was minimal, but they conduct themselves professionally and with respect to the client – who was over reacting.
And on the equipment pick up day (today), they were equally as prompt and efficient.
Shoe covers, masks, gloves, floor covering – all covered.
