Michael and Kristin Hughes are the Owners of SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. They are proud to be the driving force for our cleaning and restoration team in the Lancaster area.

Sandie Hughes is the Director of Administration and has been with the team for over 15 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became the Office Manager in 2012 and now serves as the first point of contact regarding office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

Joe Hughes has been with SERVPRO for over fourteen and a half years and is our Construction Manager for the entire Reconstruction Department. He works hard to visit our customers quickly after the emergency service work has been completed to get their homes repaired as quickly as possible. The work that Joe and the reconstruction department perform is incomparable, leaving customers elated at the finished service in their home.

Victor Sotolotto is the Director of Operations for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. Victor had 19 years of retail management before coming to SERVPRO and has now been with the company for over six years. Victor is certified by the IICRC in ASD, WRT, AMRT, and FSRT. Victor enjoys working with and/or helping others in their time of need.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchises.

Mike Shifflett began with SERVPRO in 2024 as the Business Development Specialist of Lancaster East. Mike has a diverse background in customer service ranging from front desk associate to a car loving, automotive salesman. He brings to the team a unique set of skills that allows him to get to know everyone he meets. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and making sure their needs are met.

Angela is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. She has years of administrative experience under her belt and is a strong asset to the company. She is a great at multitasking and provides great customer service to our customers. In her spare time she enjoys singing, latch hook, word puzzles, and making friendship bracelets.

Aaliyah is our Commercial Manager and Accounts Receivable Specialist for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. She has been with SERVPRO since 2022 and has gained a vast knowledge of the cleaning and restoration industry since joining us, including the completion of our corporate-led courses in the office field. Aaliyah enjoys painting, cooking, swimming, music and spending time with her family. She also enjoys volunteering at non-profit organizations.

Desiree is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. She started as a Fire Technician with us and now holds years of experience in fires, content cleaning, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean-ups, and pack-outs. She has obtained certifications and training in smoke and odor control. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her motorcycle, and watching movies.

Mac McGloshen is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He has been with SERVPRO for over a year, learning the industry and assisting our local clients with their cleaning and restoration needs. Mac is certified in IICRC and OSHA 10. He enjoys hiking, fishing, traveling, sports and spending time with his family.

John is a Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He has been with SERVPRO since 2021. John originally worked in the restoration side of SERVPRO for two years before managing the reconstruction department. He enjoys being outdoors to hunt and camp, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his family.

Dave is a Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He has been with the company since 2023. Dave’s background in reconstruction includes his education at Millersville University in industrial technology. He enjoys hobbies such as skiing, hiking, camping, cooking and painting.

Kellie is the Construction Coordinator for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. Coming from a healthcare background, she began with SERVPRO in 2023 and has gained a vast knowledge of the reconstruction field. Kellie enjoys spending time with her family in addition to being outdoors to enjoy hunting, camping and riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers.

Tom is a Commercial Cleaner at SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He is our longest standing team member with numerous years of experience in cleaning and construction work, even working as a mason for 20 years. With his well-rounded skills and abilities, he is able to take on just about anything. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing basement. Here's a little fun fact about Tom, he made a replica model of the Dodgers Stadium and is currently displayed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in New York.

Jaziah Alvarado is a fire and water technician for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. Jaziah has been with the company for over two years and is certified in various cleaning and restoration certifications, including those for mitigation, mold and fire damage. Her hobbies include hiking, swimming and poetry.
