The Emergency Ready Plan is a great addition to our venue. In the event of a disaster, I feel much more prepared to keep our staff and guests safe with the ERP established. 

Thank you SERVPRO for the amazing job your crew did after the recent fire next door to our studio The Art Room in Scranton. We had some water damage and a terrible odor of smoke from the adjoining building. Everything was cleaned and the odor is completely gone. What we thought would take a week or two for cleanup ended up being done in less than 48 hours. We were able to open for a very small event for a special little girl. We can’t thank you enough.

I essentially know where all my utility shut offs are located, but some of my employees are uncertain. The ERP is a great asset for any property for employees to locate these shut offs in the event of disaster. 

We needed to have our facility cleaned prior to reopening from COVID. I was on a very short timeframe. They accommodated my limited timeframes and worked to get the job completed quickly and efficiently. John was honest about services he didn’t think we would need and what he thought would benefit us. When the day came for the disinfecting process they were respectful of staff and made every effort to not be intrusive.

Thanks to the ERP survey, we're able to train our staff for an emergency. They know right where all the shut offs are and all panels. They know what to do, how to do it, and who to call. It's comforting to know that SERVPRO is there to assist us in case of a disaster.
