We had a pipe burst in our home. SERVPRO came in and did a great job of not only cleaning up, but repacking, all of the items that were salvageable, to be repacked. We were in the process of moving and getting the house on the market when the pipe burst. Kaley Kozian and Annette Roberts of the Indiana, Pa., office have been a HUGE help. Their understanding, patience and guidance throughout the process have been above and beyond the norm. The company is very lucky to have them. Thank you Kaley and Annette for all of your patience.
