Wonderful people that served us for our water loss! Tom and his wife came to our house at 1:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning because our washing machine flooded our remodeled cellar. On top of that, they drove more miles than any person should be asked, and also, it was pouring rain. These fine folks went way above the call of duty to provide my family help.
This has been an amazing experience from A to Z. I was really impressed with the way Nick handled our business. He and his team truly understand what is important. The speed and efficiency was outstanding. Every SERVPRO employee acted as if it was their business they needed to get back to 100%. I felt like a preferred customer who has given them years of business, yet this was my first call. I called at 8 a.m. and had someone at my business by 10 a.m.

SERVPRO of Hazleton, Dallas and Harveys Lake opened under Franchise owner John Lazo, in January 2021. Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania the franchise operates from our Hazleton, PA office. Our franchise goal is to provide the best customer service to our customers in the restoration industry. Raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, John prides himself on a work ethic handed down from his family. NEPA has a reputation of hard working people and what better area to operate a business where we set the standard for excellence. Our franchise has continued to grow every year from day 1 and we look forward to serving you for your residential or commercial needs.
