TJ Wilson and his partner were phenomenal. A few of my colleagues and I were asked to stay late in our store due to an emergency sewage problem and they helped talk us through with all of the middlemen involved between the parties and clearly explained to us what was expected. Overall, these guys kept it light-hearted and professional and were very personable even though they literally were cleaning up sewage. 10 out of 10 would ask these guys to come back even if they were to only clean out our bathrooms again!

About Our Owners

Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson partnered to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
