Hi Greg, I wanted to thank you for an awesome job on this loss. I got a call back from your on-call tech a few minutes after hanging up with your answering service. He was very pleasant for 3:00am and I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing him, like I would if I was calling some other vendors after-hours. I hung up the phone feeling comfortable enough that he had it under control to go back to bed for a couple of hours. The icing on the cake was you touching base with me and then actually showing up, in person, at the building before 7:00am for something that panned out to be a relatively minor job.

This type of service is extremely valuable to us and does not go unnoticed...keep it up!
