Jon serves as the Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Davis. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years as a water restoration technician, restoration manager, and estimator. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Janelle has been with SERVPRO Team Davis for 17 years, currently serving as our Office Manager. Since 2009, Janelle has amassed certifications in subrogation, Xactimate, and IICRC certifications in water damage, fire and smoke damage, odor control, and applied structural drying. Janelle enjoys eating healthy foods, watching Rom-Coms, listening to country music, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

The face of our Team Davis social media, Jeremy Brescia, or JB as he is known by in the office, serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager here at Team Davis. Starting as a sales rep three years ago, JB quickly rose to the sales manager position by utilizing his 20+ years of selling experience. Our reigning Hero Ready MVP is out and about in the Lehigh Valley every day, furthering the reach of our brand by sitting on several organizational boards like IFMA, ACS, and various chambers of commerce. Jeremy enjoys a good slice of pizza, the Michigan Wolverines, spending time with his family, and playing catcher for our Team Davis softball squad.

Wayne Wombold currently serves as the Restoration Manager for SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall. Wayne brings extensive expertise to our restoration team, with over 20 years of industry experience. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Wayne oversees restoration projects with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality. His leadership ensures that every project is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism, reflecting the SERVPRO standard. Wayne takes pride in helping clients restore their properties and peace of mind after unexpected damage, making him an integral part of the team.

Our Reconstruction Project Manager, Rob, is a jack of all trades when it comes to reconstruction and contracting services. For the past three years, Rob has used his extensive construction experience to grow our Team Davis recon department and provide full service residential and commercial services to all of our customers across the Lehigh Valley. Rob enjoys spending time with his family and dog, golfing, playing soccer, and listening to 90’s Hip Hop.

Andrea is the Commercial Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Davis. She also serves her community as a volunteer firefighter and runs her own eBay store. Andrea brings a fresh and unique perspective to the SERVPRO sales department. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys watching her Philadelphia sports teams.

As the Reconstruction Superintendent, Kevin oversees all aspects of our reconstruction jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. Kevin is a huge dog lover, either spending time at home with his dog or enjoying some office time with Maggie. He enjoys restoring cars in his spare time.

Amy is the newest member of our reconstruction team, coordinating job files for the rapidly growing department. She loves spending time with her husband and their German Shorthaired Pointer.

Tanya has worn many hats in her 20+ years of working in the cleanup and restoration industry. She currently works as the Accounting Clerk and HR Generalist here at Team Davis. Tanya has earned IICRC certifications in water and fire restoration, applied structural damage, and odor control, as well as certifications in subrogation and Dry Book. Tanya also is a licensed pastor at a United Methodist Church, having earned her master’s degree in divinity from Drew University. She loves spreading holiday cheer around the office, eating seafood, traveling across the 50 states, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Nicole makes up one half of our team of Job File Coordinators at SERVPRO Team Davis. After beginning her tenure as a receptionist three years ago, Nicole has since moved on to job file coordination, working hand in hand with our restoration experts, customers, and insurance providers to ensure efficient resolutions to water, fire, and mold related claims. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s in rehabilitation and human services from Penn State University and is IICRC certified in water restoration. She enjoys spending time with her children and dogs, listening to country music, and traveling to Disney and her family summer home.

If you have had any interaction with Team Davis over the past three years, chances are you spoke with our incredible dispatch scheduler/receptionist, Sharde! With over 10 years of phone and in-person customer service, Sharde is expertly trained to communicate with our customers and restoration crews, helping us get to any size disaster faster across the Lehigh Valley and alleviate some of the stress related with water and fire losses. She enjoys all musical genres, live sporting events, and traveling anywhere warm near water.

Karrie is the newest member of our office team, serving as a job file coordinator. Karrie previously served as an auditor in the aviation industry before joining SERVPRO Team Davis. Karrie enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two children.

Rob, a restoration supervisor, is IICRC certified and serves as one of our water restoration experts at Team Davis. Rob loves a good horror or comedy movie, RnB and rap music, Formula 1 racing, and would love to visit all 50 states one day!

Mark has been with Team Davis for the last 5+ years, now serving as our Fire Restoration Supervisor. With over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry and IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Odor, Mark is an invaluable member of our team who is highly dedicated and devoted to his craft.

Erick has been a restoration supervisor for Team Davis on and off for many years, while also serving as our warehouse maintenance specialist. Erick brings a great work ethic and years of extensive water mitigation experience to the team. When he is not working hard for Team Davis, Erick enjoys fishing.

Rebekah, a restoration technician at Team Davis, has been working as a fire damage expert for over 4 years with us! With IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Odor, Rebekah is highly-trained and dedicated to fire restoration. Rebekah does not really like sports, but is a big fan of hiking, roller skating, travelling and trying out new restaurants!

Devin currently serves as a water restoration technician for SERVPRO Team Davis. He brings a great energy and positive spirit to our restoration team.

Steven is one of the newer additions to our revamped restoration team. He is a dedicated worker, focused on making any property damage "Like It Never Even Happened!" He enjoys spending his free time with his dog.

Kristy is an amazing member of our restoration team, with experience in both water and fire restoration and cleaning services.

Alex currently serves as a restoration technician for SERVPRO Team Davis.

Justin, one of our restoration specialists, brings years of industry experience to our fire and water team.

Maggie Davis is the office dog of SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem, and Whitehall. She is certified in ice cube eating and fetch studies. She's been known to sleep on the job sometimes but more than makes up for that pitfall with her *constantly* friendly demeanor and fun-to-pet silky fur.
